Why Donation Rotation System™ Differs from a  Pryramid Scheme

  1. No Hoarding of Funds:

○ There is no accumulation of funds at the top tiers, which excludes new members. Funds are circulated among

participating members, ensuring all contributions actively support the community.

  1. Self-Supportive Concept:

○ The system is designed to be self-sustaining, meaning it does not rely solely on new members’ enrollment to continue

operating. To enhance participation and provide additional security, members can have up to 3 accounts. After round 3 of participation, members are encouraged to stand alone as team leaders without personal members.

  1. Emphasis on Knowledge and Growth:

○ Membership qualification involves testing members on the knowledge gleaned from the ministry’s various educational resources, promoting personal development rather than purely financial gain.

  1. No Buy-In Required:

○ The system is not a buy-in with money concept. It promotes a framework that encourages members to support one another through donations, emphasizing a community-focused

approach.

  1. Purposeful and Meaningful Contributions:

○ The Donation Rotation System™ is a Resource Sharing concept rooted in supporting the ministry of its members and fostering fruitful living in the Kingdom of God. It contrasts with schemes focused on quick financial returns.

  1. Community and Spiritual Growth:

○ The system provides a platform for charitable acts and shared resources that enrich members’ lives, cultivating a supportive

community where members can thrive together.

  1. Long-Term Vision:

○ The focus is building a sustainable and supportive network for long-term growth, affirming principles rooted in community welfare rather than short-term financial gain.

  1. Transparency in Operations:

○ The system promotes transparency regarding donations and gifts through regular updates and communication among members, fostering trust and ensuring funds are used for their intended purpose.

  1. Community Accountability:

○ Members are encouraged to hold one another accountable, strengthening the communal aspect and ensuring everyone contributes fairly and responsibly.

  1. Educational Resources:

○ The availability of educational resources, including workshops and materials, promotes personal development, financial literacy, and community building, empowering members beyond financial interactions.

  1. Ethics and Integrity:

○ The system is designed to uplift members rather than exploit them, reinforcing a commitment to ethical practices that distinguish it from profit-driven schemes.

  1. Support for Charitable Causes:

○ Consideration of allocating a portion of donations or gifts to support charitable initiatives or community projects enhances the sense of purpose behind contributions.

  1. Long-Term Relationships:

○ Focusing on building long-term relationships among members fosters trust and friendship, contrasting with the transient, transactional nature often found in pyramid schemes.

  1. Testimonials and Success Stories:

○ Sharing testimonials and success stories from current members illustrates the system’s positive impact, highlighting the real-life benefits of community support and engagement.

  1. Continuous Improvement:

○ The plan to incorporate member feedback demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the system, showing that the organization values member input and strives for ongoing effectiveness.

  1. Board Members Controlled:

○ The success of the Donation Rotation System™ relies on strong leadership and guidance. We seek dedicated individuals who believe in this mission and understand its goals. Interested members are encouraged to submit a resume for board member participation to support@jbiH.org, attention: Elder Johnnie D. Bond Sr.
