1. Q: Why is it considered a one-time personal funding donation round? Isn’t there a total of 45 rounds?

A: The one-time personal funding donation covers 4 members. The uniqueness of our Donation Rotation System® (DRS) is that you receive contributions from (8) eight members in each gifting round. We believe this fulfills Jesus’s teaching that “men,” representing multiple participants, shall give in return, creating an overflow. From this overflow, your gifting funds will more than cover any additional contributions needed to support your accounts going forward.

A: At DRS, we have established two types of teams to facilitate the donation process effectively:

The C-Team and the D-Team. Each team operates under different leadership styles and procedures to suit the needs of their members.

  1. C-Team (Coordinated Team): The C-Team focuses on organized group participation and resource redistribution.

○ Structure: This team comprises its leader, totaling 8 members who have established a bank account specifically to collect and redistribute funds.

○ Leadership: The team operates under the guidance of a Facilitator and Team leader who provides advice and support.

○ Financial Management: ■ 2 to 3 designated team members are responsible for signing off on fund withdrawals, ensuring accountability and transparency in how funds are distributed.

■ Designated team members are responsible for collecting contributions from all team members, streamlining the donation process, and promoting efficiency.

○ Benefits: The C-Team structure allows for more outstanding organization, facilitating collective growth and making it easier for members to contribute and receive their

gifts collected after the gifting round or at a time specified by team members all can be done after the evaluation day expires. No team will be larger than 8 members.

  1. D-Team (Decentralized Team):

○ Purpose: The D-Team allows members to donate independently according to their preferences and circumstances.

○ Structure: No centralized bank account; each member manages their donations individually.

○ Leadership: Team leaders support and encourage members to make their contributions, otherwise they will be expelled from the system.

○ Accountability: Team leaders are responsible for requesting proof of donations from each member to ensure transparency. In this Team-D Approach, Members must provide evidence of their donations and show records of the contributions they’ve received before the end of the evaluation, 24-hour period.

○ Benefits: The D-Team can provide flexibility and autonomy, allowing members to give and receive assistance based on their personal choices and capacities. By choosing between the C-Team and D-Team, members can select a leadership style that aligns with their preferences and approach to giving. This structure promotes teamwork, transparency, and efficient resource distribution within DRS. The Facilitator must know what style each Team leader has chosen to govern its members.

A: The C-Team operates with a coordinated structure, including a leader and up to (7) seven members. This team focuses on organized participation and resource redistribution through a centralized bank account. In contrast, the D-Team allows members to donate independently without a centralized account, not providing the flexibility and autonomy in managing their contributions.

A: Team leaders are crucial in supporting, encouraging, and monitoring their team members’ participation. They are responsible for motivating members to contribute, ensuring accountability by requesting proof of donations, and helping maintain transparency within the team. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may put them at risk of losing their positions.

A: Members are entitled to protections that ensure fairness and accountability. Suppose a member feels neglected or does not receive the expected gifts after fulfilling their donation commitment (must be documentation). In that case, they are eligible for a full refund of their donated funds, plus an additional $50 for any inconvenience or damages incurred.

A: The Donation Rotation System® features 45 donation rounds over 360 days. The eight-day cycle includes two evaluation days on days 4 and 8. Members must participate in each round to maintain membership and fulfill the organization’s commitment to collective support.

A: The No Tolerance Policy mandates that all members participate in donation rounds. Missing a scheduled round without prior notice or a valid reason(noted: there is never a valid reason) will result in immediate consequences, including potential expulsion from DRS. This policy ensures accountability and commitment among members, contributing to a strong community of mutual support.

A:

The Donation Rotation System® is a registered trademark and serves as the religious arm and spin-off of the 24 Minute Ministry, a non-profit organization approved by the IRS under 501(c)(3).

The DRS Platform implements resource sharing, a familiar term for collectively sharing resources such as money, clothing, cookware, etc.

Historically, bartering was exchanging goods, such as eggs or fruits, for something of value from a neighbor without involving cash.

The DRS facilitates groups of members who want to “invest in giving,” enabling them to yield a return and increase support for deserving causes, whether it’s your ministry, music, or books. Reciprocation is another way to describe collaboration in fundraising, underscoring our commitment to mutual support and community growth.

A:

Participants in the DRS can benefit from a structure that encourages collective giving, resulting in increased resources for their causes. As members contribute, it *Rotates receiving support from multiple contributors and fostering a community of generosity that amplifies their impact. This system allows participants to experience a support Overflow that can lead to personal and financial growth.

A: As demonstrated on our demo website, our user-friendly dashboard provides real-time updates, allowing you to monitor your membership status, contributions, and rewards. You can easily access summaries of your donations, track your gifting rounds, and stay informed about community events and updates. This transparency ensures you always know where you stand within the system.

A: There is no standing requirement to remain an active team member. If you become inactive or do not contribute, your membership status may change, and you may not be eligible for future rounds of gifting. If you have multiple accounts and only become inactive in one or more of your numerous accounts, the active account remains in effect.

It’s essential to stay engaged and actively participate in the activity of all your open accounts to maintain your benefits and support from other members.

A: NO TOLERANCE POLICY: APPLIES TO EVERY MEMBER. NO MEMBER CAN MISS A DONATION ROUND. THERE ARE 45 ROUNDS IN 360 days. Violation occurs and EXPELLMENT FROM DRS IS WARRANTED IN EACH CASE.

Even TEAM LEADERS CAN BE REMOVED WITH A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM 6 MEMBERS OF THE TEAM STATING ABUSE OF HIS/HER POSITION. A clear No Tolerance Policy is essential for maintaining accountability within our organization. The No Tolerance Policy at DRS ensures accountability and commitment among all members. The key components of this policy:

  1. Mandatory Donation Rounds:

○ Every member must participate in donation rounds, with 45 rounds occurring over 360 days.

○ Failing to participate in any scheduled donation round will result in immediate consequences.

  1. Expulsion from DRS:

○ Any member who misses a donation round without prior notice or a valid reason will be subject to expulsion from the organization. (NOTED There is never a valid reason)

○ This measure ensures that all members contribute consistently, fostering a strong sense of community and mutual support.

  1. Team Leader Accountability:

○ Team leaders are governed by a Facilitator and are expected to uphold the values and commitments of DRS. A team leader can be removed from their position if they fail to meet these expectations.

○ To initiate the removal process, at least 6 team members must submit a written statement outlining the reasons for the request.

○ This requirement promotes fairness and transparency in leadership accountability. By implementing this No Tolerance Policy, DRS strives to create a committed and engaged community where all members actively contribute to our mission. This policy is communicated clearly in our organization’s literature and during orientations or meetings, so all members understand the expectations moving forward.

A. For the 3-day donating round but not the gifting rounds, $10 each day is required to effectively operate the donation rotation system. We designed a self-supporting organization and an app; the cost alone, with proper staffing and maintenance, IS THE SOLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DONATION ROTATION ORGANIZATION.

A: DRS has a structured communication process to ensure transparency and accountability regarding donations and gifting rounds. Here’s how it works:

  1. Constant Communication:

○ The Facilitator and team leaders maintain ongoing communication to coordinate and inform members about the status of donations and gifting rounds.

  1. Evaluation Days:

○ On Evaluation Days 4 and 8, the Facilitator will provide memos or confirmed messaging to alert members about which teams are ready to be gifted. These communications will include a list of donors eligible for gifting based on their participation.

  1. Tracking Participation:

○ At the end of the Evaluation Days, it will be noted if a member has not received any gifts or made any donations. The assigned team leaders and Facilitators are accountable for ensuring that all members are engaged and receive their due gifts.

  1. Accountability for Team Leaders:

○ If team leaders or Facilitators fail to ensure that their team members are participating appropriately, they may be at risk of losing their positions within DRS. This measure upholds the integrity of the leadership and encourages attentiveness to all members’ participation.

  1. Member Protections:

○ If members feel neglected or have not received the expected gifts after fulfilling their donation commitment, they are entitled to a full refund of their donated funds, plus an additional $50 for any inconvenience or damages incurred. This system ensures fairness and protection for all members, allowing for a trustworthy and supportive environment within DRS.

A: Creating a manual or comprehensive document is an excellent way to communicate policies and procedures within our organization. However, as of this date, the information we must gather from many sources and suggestions members can provide is incomplete. We want the manual to be organized into a well-structured document.

Manual Structure

  1. Introduction

○ Overview of DRS (mission, vision, core values)

○ Purpose of the manual (to clarify policies and procedures for members) 2. Team Structure

○ Description of C-Team and D-Team ○ Roles of Facilitators and Team Leaders

○ No Tolerance Policy

■ Mandatory donation rounds, expulsion criteria, and conditions for leadership removal. ○ Donation and Gifting Process

■ Explanation of the donation rounds and the gifting process, including communication protocols and member participation.

  1. Procedures

○ Making Donations

■ Steps to follow when donating, including timelines for participation.

○ Receiving Gifts ■ How and when members can expect to receive gifts after making donations.

○ Communication Protocol ■ Processes for Facilitators and Team Leaders to communicate updates and evaluations to their teams.

○ Please reach out to leadership for further questions or concerns. Categorization ●Our Policies typically refer to the overarching rules that govern organizational behaviors, such as the No Tolerance Policy or guidelines for team operations. ● Procedures are the specific steps that members and leaders must follow to comply with those policies, such as how to make donations or the communication processes for gifting information. Implementation ● Document Formatting: Organizes the manual in a clear and easy-to-read format, using headings, bullet points, and tables where necessary. ● Distribution: We share the manual online with all members upon

joining and make it readily accessible, as a downloadable document from the online platform or through organizational meetings. ● Regular Updates: Plan for periodic reviews and updates to the manual to reflect any changes in policies, procedures, or practices based on feedback and evolving needs. Creating a manual sets a foundation for clarity and consistency within our organization, helping members understand their responsibilities and protections.

Our clear and strategic approach for our app development and our organizational structure.

Here are our expectations and requirements for the app and the plan to start with the 22-member structure: App Development Expectations.

  1. Payment Processing:

○ The app must include a secure payment processing entity that allows for safe financial transactions between members.

○ The payment processor should include a wallet component enabling smooth member-to-member fund transfers, similar to platforms like any bank or financial institution offers.

  1. User Identification:

○ All members must provide valid identification to verify their identities within the app. Identification numbers and email verification are a primary component

○ This verification is crucial for maintaining security and trust among users. 3. Email Requirement:

○ Each member must have an ID# with DRS included and a registered email account with DRS, formatted as [firstname].drs@gmail.com (e.g., jamie.drs@gmail.com).
